Webster should have been widened when Mariano's and Whirleyball were built or street parking should be prohibited and bike lanes added. This building will make traffic congestion worse and cycling more dangerous.

Count on Rahm to make a personal fortune pushing this through; and the Alderman.

There are so many better options for this space. Webster traffic is already suffering from the Elston changes. Please don't move forward on this medical building. If it MUST happen, please force the developers to include green space. Thank you for hearing us!

Development is too big for the land available and for the residential area surrounding it. Bad effect on parking.

This is a quiet residential street where families walk up and down all day. The increased traffic would make the area more unsafe and be an eye sore to the neighborhood!

It is a much larger scale than the other commercial properties in the neighborhood.

This area already has enough traffic and congestion- between numerous local businesses and Lister's residential population, there are constantly cars and pedestrians in this area. Adding a large institution like this one will create chaos. As others have mentioned, Lister is so narrow that two cars can barely pass each other- often I've had to pull over to allow a passing car to fit through. The three-way stop of this intersection and the surrounding backup from Damen and Elston in either direction will become a disaster as well, just as it did when the emissions testing center was in this location.

I work in this area and as someone who just works here, sometimes parking alone is pretty tight with all of the other businesses around here.. but it's different for people who LIVE here as so much more comes into play, so I honor that perspective as well. Lister is a beautiful street and do not think this corner can contain this kind of establishment nor is it necessary either.

I have worked at the intersection of Webster/Lister for more than 2 years. The intersection is already challenged with a high volume of local residents, commuters, and employees and patrons of the businesses surrounding the proposed development site. It is not difficult to imagine what daily traffic might look like if this development moves forward (https://www.dnainfo.com/chicago/20160531/lincoln-park/traffic-nightmare-lincoln-park-due-bucktown-emissions-testing-site) The local roads in the area are simply too narrow and traffic already too congested for this intersection to accommodate such a large medical facility.

NO, Our historic neighborhood does not want this building monstrosity on our beautiful tree lined street. YIKES! It looks like Dr. Evils lair!

The congestion that this will bring to the neighborhood would be a nightmare. Lister is too narrow with parking on both sides of the street as it is.

Please do not allow this structure to built!! This is definitely not the spot for this. Lister is way to tight, and congested to allow more traffic. And the added congestion would be terrible for the existing surrounding small businesses.

I too strongly object. Proposed building is WAY too large and inappropriate for the neighborhood and site.

Parking and congestion are bad enough right now and this medical center will make having my business here a nightmare. Please don't allow this to happen!

I already have a hard time driving down Lister and at times have to pull over to allow traffic from the opposite direction to pass. A building this large belongs on a major street in the city.
