As a ground level unit owner I oppose this structure's height. It will block what little direct sunlight my unit experiences. I also echo others when I say that a building this size has no place in this neighborhood. Lister is a quiet residential street that can barely fit two compact cars passing each other going in opposite directions. The increased traffic will be a hazard to visitors of the building, existing residents of Lister and foot traffic.

The proposed building is much larger than appropriate for the lot size on a narrow residential street. This type of structure should only be permitted on a much larger artery street that could accommodate the traffic and parking impact. Additionally, the proposed structure would block views and light for residents on Lister. Please reconsider keeping zoning constraints as is and forcing this building to be constructed elsewhere. Thank you.

I think this type of structure does not belong on a quiet residential street. I agree with all the points noted in this petition and hope the zoning board realizes the importance of keeping it a quiet residential neighborhood. That's why I bought here!

i see another traffic nightmare on lister, a residential side street.
along with many other issues.
parking
