I am totally against the trolley. Our island is bursting at the seams! We are starting to he as congested as Sanibel. When locals can’t even find a parking space at any grocery store no matter the time of day, or get into a restaurant at all, even weeks in advanced, trash on our beaches and people disrespecting our wildlife is unacceptable. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS agree this has gotten out of hand! You want to develop every square inch of this island til it looks like the East coast! LISTEN TO THE CITIZENS AND NOT YOUR GRRED FIR MORE $$$$$$!

STOP THE BTT … Why do they want $200,000 of our money (city got it via a tax to you and me) to fund a “Test” of the Blonna Tourist Trolley” (BTT). Let the businesses contract for a trolley!!! Businesses won’t pay for it!!! They want voters to pay for it.
Blonna is getting 80%+ of campaign money from businesses and out of towners.
Marco Island doesn’t have a parking problem … the businesses do.

Throw all the bums out. All of the City of Marco City Council (but Rola). That means Grifoni/Blonna/Palumbo/Eric/Folley all need to go … SLAP IN THE FACE to every resident/voter … … our City Council HATES all the Marco residents. Why do they repeatedly bring back pro-business schemes when they know the voters reject it?

The last thing I want here on the island is more tourism coming in. I already refer to it as Lower Manhattan with 2 bridges. We are losing the island feel we moved here for by the day through promoting overdevelopment and tourism. Residents want their quality of life back.

This is not for resident use. It is too inefficient. This is about bringing more people to the island and making it easier for them to get around. It is an inefficient use of our tax dollars no matter what CC council says!
