As a "downstream" owner we have serious concerns regarding severe storms & heavy spring runoff.

Very concerned about our lakes as they are, let alone what they be like in the future when septage beds are allowed so close to one of the lakes near the top of the Trent system that supplies water all the way down the system affecting every lake along the way including, Twelve Mile. We are totally against this being approved. STOP IT NOW! We have enough to worry about faulty septics let alone more septage fields.

This guy has a very shady and deceiving past. How can any government official at any level even trust this guy.

Not only does this proposal for sewage handling threaten disaster for the whole Gull River watershed, it defies logic. We're not a third-world country. Surely human waste should be treated even in cottage country, Politicians at all levels should be screaming in protest, not passing the buck.

Can't believe this is being considered! It's time for all levels of Government to step up, show some leadership and stop this immediately!

Massive amounts of acreage exist - miles from major lakes. We receive very little for the huge amount of taxes we pay. We should be able to rely on elected officials to protect our water / the reason city folk go to the Highlands.

Unbelievable wanting to dump sewage in wetlands close to a developed lake!

It seems like there should be a much more appropriate location for this, away from any watershed areas that feed into a lake!

With so many other options, why so close to a lake, habitat and community

This is not right. You can see on the map and surrounding areas that there is great cause for concern about seepage.
