WE SAY NO!!!! TO LIFETIME AND AFFILIATES AND DIRECTOR ANGELA BASSETT.
FANS ARE ASKING FOR A CEASE AND DESIST BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:
1. Whitney Houston valued her privacy and there is no evidence that anyone obtained permission from her/anyone at any time when there was clearly and opportunity.
2. Show us that you received a GREENLIGHT from her daughter and mother and the executors of her estate!! A cultural ICON's contribution should not be mishandled.
3. Her fans have been surveyed and they are TOTALLY AGAINST IT..WE FIND THIS INVASIVE, DEGRADING AND OPPORTUNISTIC....SHAME!!!!
4. The advertised storyline is not a tribute based on her musical contribution to society, moreover, a continual prying and fictional account of her personal life.
5. Lastly and certainly most important...Whitney is LOVED by many and people are still mourning her loss. LET HER RIP...leave her life with her and let her triumphs and contributions to music and film and video be treasured by her original material, not by corporations/people who want to further exploit for financial gain.

The momentum is building toward one hundred names but the fatigue is setting in on my end. I need everyone who signed to put this link in front of one person right now so we can stop this exploitation before it goes any further.

I feel it is a total invasion on the privacy of any individual for a network to have more power over your story than your family or protectors of your estate. Her legacy deserves more than a Made for Television Movie of any kind! This is no shade toward Ms. Angela Basset! If the family isn't behind it, we shouldn't be either.
I'm not even a family member and I am so disturbed by this and worried about how this will affect Krissi. It could put her back at square 1 trying to live without her mom I mean the poor girl is still grieving for her mother and you can tell it everyday. This needs to be stopped somehow.
Whitney was, is, and FOREVER be an icon. A Lifetime made for tv movie is an insult to her legacy. Show some respect to her, her family and friends, and her fans and cease production of this biopic.
Whitney should be remembered for her incredible talents, not her tumultuous relationship with Bobby Brown. Why aren't people spending time and money preserving her legacy instead of releasing trashy movies that will only hurt her image further. Her fans do not want to see this rubbish.
This movie should NOT be made. I do Not support. Nobody but Whitney could do Whitney justice; and unfortunately shes no longer here with us. So, just let her legacy continue to live on with her music, and HER movies. NO BIOPICS!!

This movie is a let down to all Whitney has worked for in her career. We don't care about her realtionship with Bobby, the focus should be her voice, her music, her underrated coverage of her humanitarian work and so much more. I am disappointed with this
