I support scholarships. Please stop the lawsuit against The Fl School Choice Scholarships StepUp For Students our kids need this scholarship.

Our son just graduated from High School after attending two wonderful Christian schools since he was in first grade. We still have two other children in an excellent Christian school. All this has been made possible thanks to the StepUp For Students scholarship. Our children and ourselves feel that this has been a privilege and a blessing. They have not only been able to attend the school of their preference, but also have been able to be in a safe environment where they have succeeded academically and have developed a strong moral and spiritual foundation. We are certain that this has been the experience of many families. Throughout these years our family has struggled financially and has gone through tough times. The choice to send our children to a Christian school helped us to have that sense of belonging for we found in these two schools a real family. Please do not take away the students' and parents' joy of being part of this program. We humbly make a petition to all the associations suing the Tax Credit Scholarship to rethink on this action. The students and families will deeply appreciate it. Be blessed.

single mom that works in reatail and wants my daughter to get some values and spirituality orientation becauseof my schedule i do not have the time to do it. specially in a sociaty that is growing with so much anger problems and violence. Us, the people that also work hard but do not have the income to afford institutions that offer some extra curricular matters that the public school do not offer... we want an opportunity for our kids... we also pay taxes and this is a free country that offers choises for disables, for homeless, abused women/kids, sick kids. So why they want to take away the choice for low income kids to have better education. Education is what gives the progress and a future for all of us. If we provide good education to our kids ( they are the future of our Nation), we can have a better retirement benefits. they are going to work tomorrow for us.

If the school board had the best interest of the children, we wouldn't need to seek private schools to ensure a good education for our kids.
