Please, please, keep funding private school. My daughter has come from a long way. She's now making all A's in all her classes. Im very well grateful that my daughter has the opportunity to experience a private school setting.

I just cannot believe in the United States of America that a group of people who are pretending to be advocates of better education for all children and at the same time they are trying to shut down a great program like step up for students which gives parents the choice of choosing the school for their children, especially the middle class. It is time for those individuals to stop thinking as our children parents, but let us the real parents and family to choose what's best for them. It is time for those hypocrites to stop encouraging mediocrity. I am encouraging all parents and young adults to remember them in the general election because we do not need those people to represent us. Again Remember, this is Unite States of America. And as parents, we have the right to choose what's best for our children because they are the future of our nation. Gob less you and let's keep on fighting the devil.

Families should have the opportunity to choose the educational path for their children. Our children's future shouldn't become a political punching bag for partisan organizations.

As a retired teacher I'm ashamed of any teacher who is against parents having the choice of who educates their children. I have no children and have paid into a system that rarely improves those they are supposedly trying to educate. I also dislike many of the books children are being coerced to read. Teach the Constitution, teach history rather than rewritten untruths, teach responsibility, teach volunteering to those less fortunate.
