I don't believe what they are doing is right! I have my child in the school (Brush Arbor) that I know he is learning at his full potential. Now they want him relocated... We the parents have the power to decide our children's education.

The lawsuit is preposterous. Parents should always have the right to choose where their child attends school.

Choices have always been the American way! Tax Credit Scholarships given through Step Up For Students has been a God send in my granddaughter's education!! She is very, very smart and has also learned a second language. The ratio of teacher to students insures that she is given the attention needed to produce excellent academics. She loves going to school and each day learns something exciting. I was amazed when, at the age of 7, she picked up her classroom science book and began reading. I asked her to let me see it to make sure that she was actually reading. She is an excellent student and we need these scholarships to continue turning out valedictorians prepared for college. She will not need remedial classes when she enters college because she will have gotten a quality education through the scholarships of Step Up For Students. Quality education has nothing to do with religion an although she goes to a Catholic school which we love, we aren't even Catholic.

I think the focus of our nation should be in to providing and facilitating the education of our kids through diversification of facilities.
I don't understand these lawyers expending tax pagers to reduce and limited those resources created by the usa people. What is their purpose?

Why would you bring a lawsuit against a program that is doing so much good to some of the most disadvantaged in our community? If you truly have the interests of our state's children in mind, leave this successful program alone. Focus your efforts on raising the bar at the other educational institutions that operate with double the amount of tuition dollars per child and still don't do as good a job. Throwing more money at our broken state system without fixing its structure first is not a solution; it is rather illogical and a waste of valuable tax dollars. This program does offer a good solution to thousands of families. It improves our community and the lawsuit to derail it is obviously motivated by something other than the best interests of our children. This program works and we as a tax-paying community should be proud to support it.

Can anyone explain to me how this scholarship hurts "public education" system....as so stated by the people who are trying to take this away. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to have a choice.

My granddaughter has excelled at her school she is an A+ - B+ student. If we lose the scholarship she will be forced to go to the local public school that is currently rated a D school. She is very bright and we are trying to get the best education for her
