We parents who take a great deal of effort in our children's education should not have to pay for the others who choose to let the public schools handle their problem children and in turn negatively impacts the learning of those children who are willing to conform to be able to do the work! Hence the reason we pull our cream of the crop kids out to have no such distractions and have a full day of learning instead of being told the teacher was to "busy" reprimanding the bad kids so he didn't have the time to go over the math problem my child had a question about. This is in Hudson middle public school which my son was on honors all sixth grade year. Does anyone see a Problem with this? I did that's why he has step up scholarship for private Christian school, which being a single widowed mom of four special needs children NEED this scholarship since I could never afford to send him there myself but seek a higher class of education for my child that way they are contributing citizens of society instead of being on the system draining society!!!!!!!!

I highly disagree that the program be removed. My daughter loves her school and Christian based learning she is receiving.

Stop the lawsuit...SUFS scholarship has helped us alot because without it we wouldnt be able to send our son to the school of our choice and he has earned to keep it. Keeping a 97 grade pt. Average since K5..He is now in the 5th grade.

This program is the best help and support for a parents with A➕ students. This kids can going to a good schools with programs to help grow up and make a wonderful careers.

Certainly disagree for Step Up Program to be removed. My daughter is now happy at her school and greatly benefited from this program.

We are forever greatful to the Lord for using generous businesses and politicians. These venues allow families with different salary brackets to offer quality and effective education for their children. It would seem with overcrowding in the schools that the teacher's heart would be the concern for the childs best interest. These children are our future leaders. If we can offer the best for our children now, we will have no regrets tomorrow. Again, we are very greatful for a hand up, not a hand Out. Best regards,

As a single mom I cannot say enough about the blessing the scholarship has been. It has made a difficult corcumstance so much better. The Step Up scholarship has allowed my sons to attend a school that they can feel safe in and get the help they need since it is a smaller school. Please so not take this opportunity away from our children that deserve a chance to better their lives...

This program has been a life saver for low income parents and children. We need to keep Step Up in place. It would be detrimental to famililies if this vital educational tool is taken away.

Parents should be able to choose the school that best fits their needs. My oldest child just graduated this past year and his brother to follow this year thanks to step up. They have been able to attend a private school since kindergarten and 1 st grade. Please allow their sisters to do the same.

This scholarship has allowed my two sons to attend the school that is best for their learning styles. The family atmosphere at their school makes them feel safe which helps them to learn what they need to. I would really not like to have to take them and put them into a different school.
