Stop The Lawsuit Against Florida's Tax Credit Scholarships (Step Up For Students)

My 5 year old son needs the Godly academics and Friday chapel in addition to the unsurpassed love private school offers him. My daughter whom goes to college benefitted from Step up and is on her way to become a nurse thanks to Florida Pride and Step Up scholarship. They have given her a better chance in life coming from a low income family with disabled mom.

Parents should be able to not only decide what is best for their children, but where the taxes, they paid for education, should be applied, concerning their own children. This isn't a government's decision!

Hi there. I know first hand the difference that Step Up has made in the lives of five of our 10 children. Thank you and we will continue to pray for GOD'S hands of mercy in this decision or the lawsuit to be thrown out of court. Thanks again please keep up the good work.

Step Up for Students has enabled our children to receive an excellent education that my husband and I wouldn't be able to provide on our own. Education is the great equalizer, but if options are only available to the wealthy, then the possibility of the American Dream, where everyone can work hard to build success, also slips away. I cannot express my gratitude for what Step Up has done for us, and I truly hope it continues. I am unhappy with the current state of public education. Clearly, it needs an overhaul, but my children need a good school right now, so we can't wait for change. Step Up enables us to go to a school we believe in, that suits our family and our values. In my opinion, Step Up for Students and VPK are the two bright spots in Florida's educational system. it would be a shame and disgrace to lose it.

Please help our students get the education that is bests for them!!!!!

mis hijos tienen esta beca y no es justo que alguien con tan mala conciencia les quite la oportunidad de un mejor futuro solo por intereses personales, mis hijos son buenos estudiantes y merecen una oportunidad para triunfar en la vida y esta beca se los esta brindando, para mi como madre no es facil tenerlos en una escuela privada pero se que al final es la mejor oportunidad que tienen y que es lo que yo les puedo brindar. My two youngest children love their school and are doing so well there. We would never be able to send them there without this scholarship. They are attending a Catholic school so they get to learn their faith better as well which would not even be allowed in a public school. They need the extra help with reading that they get at this school as well. My family would be devastated if this scholarship was taken away.

Our children are our future, and we must protect their best interest. It is of utmost importance to allow children of lower income families to attend schools in which they thrive and excel, and remain safe.
