These scholarships are very important to the students who receive them. And, also, for the parents/guardians to be able to choose where their child(ren) attend school. It has been proven over and over that these children excell in the schools of choice. Stop trying to take away parents rights for school choice and trying to take away these wonderful scholarships!!

The tax credit scholarship has helped my family tremendously by enabling us to send children to a school we can't afford where they are absolutely thriving, getting straight A's, performing above their grade level and better than their public school friends in almost every subject, and having wonderful interactions with teachers and classmates. They are even learning things that have been discontinued in many public schools, including cursive writing, art, and PE classes. A well-rounded education.
We feel blessed to receive the scholarship, grateful to the companies who are making it possible by voluntarily donating to this non-government funded program, and glad it's available for other families as well.
I appreciate the freedom of choice in where I send my children to school, and appreciate the opportunity for my children to benefit educationally from the generosity of others who are financially well equipped. It's a win-win for everyone involved.
If this program were to end, it would mean we would have to abruptly move our children out of the school they have come to love, away from the teachers and classmates they have formed relationships with, and into a different environment where they would actually be set back educationally.
Since this program, which has done so much good for my family and many others, isn't taking away funding from public schools, there is no benefit for them if they take it away.
I believe the legacy we leave and the investment we make in our children is one of the highest goods we can achieve here on earth. This scholarship is doing that for our children -- investing in a quality education that is right for them and working so well.
I urge you to do the right thing, and put our children's education and well-being ahead of special interest groups.

With out this scholarship we would not be able to afford to put our son in the wonderful small Christian school that He loves and is flourishing in.

This program provides needed educational opportunities many students would not otherwise have. Attempts to stop it are efforts against children's success.

The groups pursuing to sue this organization are careless. This organization has helped and continues to help many students by providing the opportunity to obtain quality education in a state that public schools do not provide quality education nor safety. Let others live and have better opportunities.
Thanks!

It is very interesting to see how much money, including tax payers' dollars that goes toward public schools that are not doing so well. Investing in a good education is every child's right. If we were to place our kids in those same failing school, it wouldn't matter the cost. these children are the future of our society, why don't we want them to succeed. The teacher's union need to worry about bigger issues in their school. Violence has increased a great deal. Kids are coming out not able to read and write. The list goes on. Please don't try to fix something, that is not broken. These people need to have a heart and a conscience.

Step Up For Students is a wonderful program for my grandchildren. Otherwise they would have to attend an elementary school that is frozen to students trying to leave.

This scholarship helps my twin boys get the personalized support they need to assist in their educational needs. I know without this personalized assistance they will not be equipped to succeed in the educational journey. Thank God For Step Up For MY STUDENTS!

I am a principal of a school that has students on the SUFS scholarship. Most of them started in the program when they were in kindergarten or first grade. One graduates in December and it has been such a blessing to his growth over the years. I enjoy the training we receive at SUFS and their commitment to families.

this lawsuit is about one thing, dollars!
the teachers union don't care about whats in the best interest of the children it's about control and money!! it's a crying shame they should all be thrown in jail.
