Tax credits for those of us sending our children to private schools are and ought to be our right. Why should the government favor one type of schooling over another? If all the Yeshiva kids were in public schools, those schools would be much larger, have to expend far more resources, and cater to a very different clientele.

Please don't take away the scholarship that has helped my son to,succeed. He failed in public school. Since the scholarship he is continuing to accelerate. This is now the second year he has been on honor roll, thanks to the much appreciated scholarship.

Please do not take step for kids away. It help pay for my children education. Without it I would not be able to afford to give my children a better education, which they deserve.

Step Up for Students means less crowed public school classrooms, so even the public school kids benefit. The kids getting the help get a better (for them) education without costing the taxpayers anything. It's a Win/Win for everyone.

The Step Up for Students program gives LD students a chance to have an appropriate and effective education, build their self image, and make them productive members of society.

Please save our kids education, the teachers union only pursue the bottom line $$. I learned truths regarding their agenda from a close friend teacher, they see students as dollar sign.

My son needs it! God knows how essential his educational travels will be and how this scholarship is a gateway to fulfilling that journey...

It's our right to choose! Do not confine our children to your standards, one size does not fit all. Every individual has their own learning style. Do not affect the only good help that we have to get a better education to our childrens
