Yes of course we must press the Israeli government to change radically, but does it want, does the so-called opposition, want to change? Isn't it obvious that Israel does not want peace until it can have peace on its own (Zionist) terms, namely the old dream of the land without the ("wrong") people? The Israeli government doesn't care about Palestinian lives, but additionally it doesn't really care that much about the lives of its Jewish Israeli citizens currently living now -- it cares about the fulfilment of its Zionist idealogy, willing to sacrifice the present for some dream of the future. It's no longer, as we've long known, about 2 states, no longer about even the Occupation, it's about the end of the Zionist nightmare, and it's not antisemitic to say so. If Israel really wanted, it could have peace now, as it could have had many years ago. But it prefers land to peace. But we have to keep up the struggle.

Calling on the Israeli government to change the way they are handling the Palestinian issue is NOT anti-semitic. Jews are supposed to strive towards Tikkun olam, presently there's a political ideology of the leaders of retribution and destruction. The government is not basing their actions on jewish values.
