Why is this limited to communities of Jews....how about the thousands of us who live outside exclusive Jewish communities or Jewish organizations? think how many more people, including Jews, might participate if there wasn't that 'tribal' exclusivity readers face within the first sentence of the petition?? I am a global citizen and fight for Justice for Palestine because I've been to Israel and Palestine and finally had my eyes opened to the reality of brutal occupation and oppression. I am NOT wanting to participate in more 'exclusivism' ! i am HUMAN first, female second and American third.

The two peoples must live together in one egalitarian state of its citizens. Tribalism as embodied in the founding of the state of Israel has gotten us nowhere but into trouble with our neighbors.
