Strongly against 98 HWY bypass going through HBTS residential community.

This road has families with children on it and it’s walked daily by families walking their dogs. There needs to be another plan made to not bring a main road through Holley By The Seas Leisure Street. This plan to go through Leisure street will harm kids and animals like the bears that are always on that road. Please find another plan and keep these children and bears as well on this road safe from all the dangers this plan for a main road on Leisure to divert traffic from 98 would bring.

Keep Holly By the Sea safe from a massive transportation issue. As a homeowner a few streets over, I am strongly opposed to this.

No street in Holley by the Sea should be utilized as a bypass. This is a matter of safety, especially with the massive amount of children in this neighborhood.

This road will negatively impact all the neighborhoods within the proposed corridor. It will bring noise, pollution, speeders (who are out of control already) and disrupt the way of life for many. 399 is the more logical bypass as the residences have larger setbacks and it has access to multiple neighborhoods.

There have to be other ways to alleviate traffic from 98 that do not impede on residential homes. Plus, this part of 98 is not the problem. It’s further east that you should be trying to fix. HBTS needs to step in and help the residents fight this.

Two additional concerns are how this bypass would encourage commercial businesses (like gas station/dollar general) to build in our residential community and to the reduced safety for our kids and pets due to the increase in traffic and the speed limit.

It's not safe as is with my children riding their bikes on the roads with no sidewalks.

399 can be wider. No need to go through a community where there are kids and wildlife.

No highways through Holley By The Sea!!!!
399 should be upgraded and used as bypass.
