All traffic is east of 87, East Bay exists for that bypass

This is putting residential lives at risk and creating unsafe environments for the community

I like on the south end of Whispering Pines Blvd, and heavy, SPEEDING traffic is already a nightmare. Praying it goes down Panhandle versus Whispering Pines. Panhandle is way less populated with residential homes. It already takes me sometimes 5 minutes to just back out of my driveway, unless I want to get rear-ended or have a car going 50 mph in a 25 mph, ride my butt the entire way to the traffic light.

Widen 399 and extend it connect it to 98 on the Eastside.

Kids are already in danger by the current speeding problem in the area, let's not add to it. Not to mention, the woods along Leisure have become shelter for several homeless people who are leaving paraphernalia in the easements...this will only make access easier. It has become obvious that many dislocated animals have taken up residence in the wooded areas nearby. This will run them further out. In an area that could be so conservation minded, and make their money off of eco tourism, its disgusting how little consideration goes into our wildlife and the ecosystem here.

The proposed bypass road will destroy property values near it and once you’re past Publix the congestion isn’t even a problem to justify going through the HBTS subdivision.

Stop adding new subdivisions. These streets are residential. We have already over grown this area. Plus bad water and can't keep streets we have in good order.

A big WASTE of money! We need to clean out the B of CC! Very poor planning on our county government! Over the years THEY let everything to build right ip to 98 so no expansion can be done! And still more new construction right up to 98, house, townhomes, businesses!

Based on study information, majority of, if not all traffic back up is east of hwy 87. Why build an alternate through HBTS!

Please do not put a bypass right through a neighborhood. Learn from Destins mistakes. The backroads are over crowded and children are killed on the road ways.

This would have too many negative consequences and no positive ones.

Totally against the new bypass coming into our HBTS neighborhood.
