Another real bad idea. Extend hwy 399 east of hwy 87 like everyone has wanted since 2006.

This is insane!

Ridiculous and absolutely nonsensical proposal to use a residential neighborhood street as a bypass for US-98. Nothing about., The residences is relatively close to the road, the lack of sidewalks, make any sense for putting a thoroughfare through the neighborhood. There is not a single business on leisure Street, it would just be vehicles moving at higher rates of speed that are safe to use as a shortcut.

I oppose the proposed bypass through our neighborhood because it creates serious safety risks for residents. Increased traffic and higher speeds would endanger children walking or biking to school, as well as elderly neighbors and pedestrians throughout the area. Our streets were never designed to handle bypass-level traffic, and this would raise the risk of accidents, slow emergency response times, and disrupt the safety of school zones and community spaces. Beyond immediate dangers, the noise, pollution, and constant traffic would erode the livability of our neighborhood. For these reasons, the bypass should not move forward

The problem isn’t this part of Navarre, it’s further up the road towards Hurlburt.

Thus bypass does not address the root cause for the traffic on hwy 98.

Leave wet lands wet lands.. people built homes away from traffic areas. Focus on a bypass for military between 87 to hurlburt.

Keep bypass traffic out of HOLLEY BY THE SEA Subdivision.

Whoever keeps pushing for this obviously does not live in our area or care about the nearby neighborhoods. There are plenty of ways to navigate the traffic on 98 including other access points. Would anyone in HBTS like more speeding cars and danger to your property, children, pets and neighbors? Have you ever seen how people already think the neighborhood streets here are drag strips? Would you like to enhance this insanity? Nobody in the neighborhood thinks this a good idea and however much money keeps getting wasted year after year to continue this farce needs to find better ways to waste our money. There is traffic. You live in a tourist area. Know your town. Leave on time. Stop this idiotic idea for good.

I have reviewed and determined this development needs to be stopped. It is not in the best interest of our residential community and there is no real benefit to this immense expense.

This is an unsafe idea due to all of the children at bus stops.

No bypass in Holley by the Sea!!! Use existing Hwy 399/East Bay Boulevard and continue on with Turkey Bluff Road.

I'm against a 98 bypass through the holley by the Sea subdivision. There has to by another way. This proposal does not help because that part 98 is not the only problem.

Fix what you have. Don’t make things more difficult for home owners in Navarre.

Please don’t tear up the homes of nature as well as destroy properties just to lay down more asphalt that adds to the global warming
