It is unthinkable to make derogatory statements about people based on the color of their skin but there remains a horrid prejudice that still kills. Women are traumatized by verbal and sometimes physical attacks because they want to give birth after rape.
Derogatory comments should be intolerable because they cause deep and sometimes fatal results. Suicidal attempts are not uncommon because of this kind of bullying.

I was date-raped when I was 23. I didn't get pregnant but if I did, I would hope that I would have made the same decision as your mother. Why should the baby OR the mother be chastised for the sin/crime of another?
I know a family whose younger son was conceived through rape. But they have stated that he is such an asset in their ministry and they are thankful for his life, no matter how it came to be!
Yes! Please, we do not need any more baby-shaming. We do not need any more blaming of the victim. We do not need any more demanding that a victim be traumatized again and robbed of her motherhood and her child. We do not need any more rapes in the world and we certainly do not need any more people shaming rape victims for their pregnancy, their baby or their bravery.
As the great grandmother of a rape conceived almost two year old, I can tell you we are definitely blessed of God. He is not the sin, the act of his father is the sin.
Women who want to give birth to their babies after they have been raped are precious, valuable assets to this world and should be protected, honored and fully deserve the utmost respect. Any spoken prejudical injustice against the rape conceived and their mothers is hate speech and 100% wrong.
Babies conceived in rape are special and precious! Support the mothers pregnant from rape!

People need to stop blaming the victims of sexual assault. Innocent babies do not deserve the death penalty because they were conceived in rape. Their brave mothers deserve our support, not further abuse. Instead of punishing the victims, society should be focused on apprehending, prosecuting, and imprisoning the rapists.
