STOP the Harassment by LOP Security, change the traffic violation policies

I support it.

No surprise we had a robbery a week ago, the security team must of been staking out stop signs since that is the true threat in LOP :)

Security is ridiculous they make decisions for the homes that even the home owners don’t allow. Absolutely horrible and disgusted.

Thank you for writing this petition. Totally agree with the sentiment here. We are law abiding citizens and are being harassed on a daily basis. I see neighbors pulled over on my way out and back from work pretty much daily, today was no exception. I am sure the number of tickets being handed out must be well over city average. Please stop harassing us and focus on securing the neighborhood from real threats.

Completely agree. If any guests are over speed then they should receive the ticket, not resident.

Tickets are a revenue stream , because of the mismanagement of the clubhouse construction. Management needs to be replaced by capable people

Agree with having rules and regulations, however some of these are over the top. Need a discussion and come up with practical solutions after hearing what the board has to say.

I agree with the above concerns. I request LOP HOA to actively address the security screening lapses at the main gate as well the unauthorized entries into the community from the side gate.

I would like to talk to whomever is organizing this. I am supportive of these comments and I have done some research on this very common problem and have a few additional recommendations but think it would be helpful if we are all aligned on our request.

I agree with with it. The HOA board must take some action immediately to solve this problem.

I completely agree with this. Key thing is that we should remove the hardliners from the security committee who are creating harassment through the security officer and making unrealistic and irrational decisions. Some people have sent the suggestions but have forgotten to sign. Also both wife and husband should sign separately.

Let’s focus on security not harassment ! The residents of LOP do not need to feel so stressed that they will be ticketed for going 1 or 2 miles over the speed limit. This is not a safety issue! Let’s focus on true safety issues .

I don’t agree with each and every statements but general feeling is, many of us feel stressed out driving thru LOP or coming to Home! Which it should not be. Meanwhile, it’s separate topic but security training and screening at Gate should be improved rather then focusing too much on stop sign violation tickets. It’s seems like out of control behavior and focus on wrong side of issue then overall security of neighborhood.
