Thanks Bhargava. I have also spoken to Lop president and told him theses issues. He assured me that board will talk about these issues at the board meeting on aug 15.
I completely agree what you have stated. Like the guard standing with a gun. Tickets are being issued even over a mile speed limit. Too many stop
Signs without taking into account volume of traffic going. T junctions should have stop sign on T only and not on main road. I cited expanple of Bay Front dr and Neil branch. And then after you go on Neil branch after three house next street again a stop sign on T shape road. Rediculas or since the board member resides On that street. Why people have to stop at so many places to reach home. The original purpose was safety - now purpose is lost. Just punish Lop residents. I would like to see how many tickets in last 12 months issued - people running stop signs and speed over 30 Plus. Even I was told that the committee is thinking To ticket residents without any warning. Since I was told another Community has done that.
I want committee to report to residents- accidents due to rash driving. You can not make live miserable of all residents with few incidents or kinds of they drive fast on some occasions.
Hold a town hall meeting and Lop board should foward this to all residents so everyone frustrated can tell them. Since they have funds that dies not mean waste community money - harassing residents.

The focus should instead be on securing the community from unwarranted elements and installing speed measurement display instruments which act as retardant.
