I definitely do not want a hotel in the Gulf Place Community!!! My husband and I bought in Gulf Place to be away from hotel traffic like they have in Destin!

The addition of a hotel would create a plethora of problems which currently do not exist in the quiet Gulf Place neighborhood. Over the years we have seen many hotels/motels constructed with great intentions, only to be sold to individuals or corporations which abandon the promises of the builder and/or original owners. There is clear evidence of this change or ownership and deterioration of property in another hotel on 30-A and all over the country. Original promises are seldom kept after the developer and original owner get their pockets padded after the initial plans go through. Don't take my word for it, your own research and personal experiences could acknowledge this fact.

We do not want a 4 story hotel in Gulfplace
