We elected officials to help look out for our community and make decisions that are best for the citizens of Fairburn! This is NOT me of those decisions!!! Please do not do this! You would lower of property values and allow more opportunities for vagrants to hang around the homes in the area!

Theres enough liquor stores....its better for people to travel a few blocks to the stores already built and open for buisness than to destroy more land and put the people who live in the area at risk of late night traffic wrecks caused by the traffic liquor. Adding in most liquor stores cash checks and increases traffic even more

People will start hanging around the gas station and the next thing you know they be coming in your back and front door.

Do not put a liquor store or gas station in the middle of this subdivision.

I am against the building of a gas station and liquor store near our entrance. We are in need of retail such as Home Depot or Kroger or perhaps a YMCA for our children

There is no need or want for a liquor store or gas station at Virlyn B. Smith Rd and Durham Lakes Parkway. If the owner of the land just have to build please consider another business that would bring up the neighborhood and not bring it down. So many of the home owners here are working hard to keep up this area.

Please protect our family community. Putting businesses like these in a family oriented community only brings dangerous activities to our community. I vote no to these types of establishments .

I didn't purchase my home in Fairburn to have a gas station and liquor store at my entrance. I need to feel safe in my community. I walk 5 miles 4-5 times per week in our community for my physical, mental. and spiritual health. With these new establishment I will not feel safe walking in my own community, this is not a good fit for our community.

There is no need for another gas station or liquor store in this area. I don’t understand why they put us through this in residential areas. We don’t mind driving to the commercial areas for gas and liquor... and the entrance to our subdivisions should never be an option for commercial zoning!
