We do not want a liquor store or gas station in our community. It's unnecessary. There are enough of both of these businesses close to here &Imagine the traffic & loitering it would attract.

I do not want a gas station or liquor store in my neighborhood which would essentially be in my backyard. This will bring down our property and bring unwanted traffic and potentially crime.

This needs to stop in predominantly minority neighborhoods! There is not a need or want for a gas station and/or a liquor store around the community which will ultimately bring more unwanted traffic and possible crime. No to this or check cashing places or broken down car repair places. The people and local homeowners deserve better!!!!

We need a lot of outside help. I was also thinking about Tyler Perry when we need some one for the gulf course. I have been living here since 2006 and a lot of changes some home owners are doing I dont agree with. When I came here the selling point was there were going to build the club house in the Fairways it never happened.
Home owners are treating ....one of my neighbors said she wants out. I will help with the fight even if we have to buy the land. Thank for what u are doing. We have to look out for our Asian neighbors.
