Liquor stores are supposed to be in heavy traffic areas and low income areas. It is stylistically proven that liquor stores in close proximity to neighborhoods means low income. I don't live in the neighborhood in question but was considering buying in that area to raise my 3 children. If a gas station and liquor store is built there you can bet I won't be buying a house in that area. Build something for good family oriented small businesses. They would thrive! Gas stations would hinder the growth of plants and any vegetation that homeowners work so hard to keep alive. It's all about the money, right? Well, find something else, if you have to build. I have never seen anyone raise their hand and say I want to live in a neighborhood that has a gas station and liquor store at the entrance..... I hope and pray that something stops the build of these nuisance businesses!
