This community does not need a gas station. Such businesses bring crime and unwanted traffic to the community

Please place more value on human lives than on potential business profits. The health ministry impacts on children alone should be a deterrent; all children should live free from the effects of heavy traffic and alcohol use.

Post COVID we need to rebuild our communities, not tear them down with bad infrastructures and negative presences.

Tell them to take that ass up to the old building on right between the car wash and I-85

It's sad to hear this is even an issue. The residents didn't buy into a commercial resident community. Honor the original development.

Not good for the community. Too close to homes. Lower property value.

I live in Durham Lakes and I feel that to place these types of establishments in our neighborhood is totally ridiculous and a total slap in the face! I can't think of any neighborhood that would want this at their front door. We will fight like hell to keep this out of our community!!!

We do not need another store of this kind in Fairburn regardless of the location.

The presence of a gas and liquor store will deter the reopening of the golf course which we have been patiently waiting for. It’s been 5 years since the golf course closed. Our property value will plummet if this gas station becomes reality.

Enough is enough, you won't open Duncan Park but you'll put a liquor store on the corner. Fairburn must be sent a message that we won't tolerate this kind of bullying.

Too many kids & we enjoy it how it is now. We don't need any more trees knocked down, traffic, or anything else that is not for the community.
