This construction will not add anything positive to our community. We run the risk of higher crime, higher traffic, and increase risk to our children. This feels like a predatory decision, we do not need another liquor store in a predominantly black community

The mere fact that the quality of life of residents isn’t considered when those in office are only thinking of the mighty dollar is disheartening. Enough is enough, placing the warehouses near the school was a slap in the face. Now u want to tell me I have to look at a gas station and a liquor store when driving into my neighborhood! We should have a say so. Those in office aren’t concerned because it’s not affecting their neighborhood.

We have several gas stations within a few miles of this location. This is make it impossible for me to get out of my driveway as I live on Virlyn B Smith Rd right next to the proposed location.

This brings NO value to our community. These parcels could definitely be designed for more purposeful use that will benefit our communities. This can not nor should it ever be considered under any circumstances due to the environmental impact this will pose on all communities located in this area.
