Stop the Flatley Company road expansion & construction of 58 homes

This is awful for the community please stop

add more traffic on timberline definitely make our peaceful neighborhood worse

There is just way too much over development in Nashua these days!!

While many of us may not like it the land is owned by Flatley and it is not a conservation area. He owns most of the vacant land in that area. The only conservation area is Proctor Park owned by the city along with some parcels at the end of Spindlewick. It will be up to the zoning commission to look at infrastructure impacts, traffic, schools, etc. and that will be balanced against the increased tax revenue. When I moved to this neighborhood in 2004 I looked at that land and told my wife that someone will want to build on it one day and that the traffic will have to come down Timberline.

What part of the word 'Conservation' does this company not understand? Find somewhere else to build!!!!!!

There is not sufficient room in our neighborhood.

100% against this buildout as I'll have to listen to construction trucks driving by all day throughout the summer, as well as this will create a cut through to exit 1 which will heavily increase traffic. I just bought my house a year ago, mostly due to the neighborhood and quietness, which this buildout will drastically change that.

Also under consideration is an additional off ramp from the turnpike into this area. More and more congestion into an already dense housing area.

As a resident and tax payer in the Long Hill Estates neighborhood, I do not wish to have the increased traffic, noise, and disruption to my neighborhood that the building had f 58 new homes will entail. Thank you for your consideration. Mary Daly

This will increase traffic on Timberline Dr, as is kids having trouble crossing roads and this will increase traffic much more. It may become thru way from spit brook road to East Dunstable rd. I support this petition and stop this access road of connecting Shadowbrook drive and to Long Hill Estates.

58 homes would likely add in excess of 100 vehicle “round trips per day “ on Timberline Drive . This would clearly add to the stress (and possible danger), along the lower portions of Timberline Drive,

NEw developments in already crowded areas spell nothing but trouble. It is very unfortunate that developers care so little for residential areas they wish to intrude on. It’s like smash & grab, build the residences as quickly as possible and leave. Let the residents pick up the pieces and pay higher taxes for the additional city services required for support. Has anyone done an impact study?

South nashua is already too crowded. The city need to expand beyond this.

Too many children in neighborhood

Do not turn my street into a drag way! People already drive too fast on my street - and especially with the number of kids living in the neighborhood.

South Nashua is already crowded enough. The increase of these homes will impact many facets of our current living conditions, all of which are unhelpful in the larger scheme of things.

South Nashua is crowded as it is. Flatley will just make the living of the residents much more difficult and unhealthy, pollution worse, traffic terrible, number of kids in schools untenable. The City elected officials have to look ahead, not just what is just in front of their immediate perceived issues.
