What an sneaky company they are. Turns out that we can't even spend the money they have taken on any promotions or offers. We have to spend almost 5x more as we're "VIP members"- According to them it's because in the terms and conditions we can't spend the money they've taken on any promotions so we're stuck with full price when their prices go down. I'm so mad. This is complete robbery and Kate Hudson should be ashamed of herself for doing this to people. Trade fairly like the thousands of other companies that manage to without stooping to such nasty tactics!

They do not make it clear that they take £44 out of your account, It is wrong that they charge this, Ive been on plenty of other sites and never had this issue.
