Didn't even realise I'd signed up to be a member until I noticed the monthly fee coming out of my account. I rang expecting a refund but they'll only give me back 2 months out of 3. Terrible customer service.

They never reminded me to skip this month and I'm ONE DAY past the deadline and they already charged me. There is NO way to get a refund, you can only use the credits on their site.

Taking $50 per month from my account.... my parcel didn't even arrive until 6 November, a Friday afternoon, so too late to cancel....
