We don’t need another gas station. It is too close to residential neighbourhoods and to an active downtown. It will decrease traffic flow even more than it is.

Wildly unnecessary. Cant think of a single benefit for gas at that location.

We do not need anymore chain businesses in this town. We have two gas stations and three privately owned pizza places in this town. Find something more productive to do for the citizens of this town.

This is ridiculous. We have two gas stations, a third is not required or welcomed.

Thornbury certainly does need a 3rd station or another pizza chain

I do not have anything new to add. I was surprised to learn of this new development as it is really not warranted. The only "chain" I'd like to see is a Pita Pit!

I’m hopeful signing this will help but also hopeful that it will shed light on our passive behaviour historically toward town meetings and decisions... this would have been brought to council and would have been presented in a town meeting before approval... where were we then? We need to speak up, show up and force good decisions in OUR town hall.

We have 2 solid gas stations in Thornburywith others just 10 minutes away in Meaford. Iam surprised Esso believes there is enough business to support another station especially so close to some homes.
