This exhibition is completely out of step with what is going on globally with protecting other animals.

It sickens me to hear of any animal especially Elephants in a circus act. Traveling from one circus or carnival to another. I'm all in favor of banning this from Guilford Fair. There are better things for our families to see. Let's start now!

No elephants are needed and they should be moved to a sanctuary but, short of that, if people still insist exotic animals are to be used as inspiration/education, then let it be just that-- by allowing children to observe their normal behaviors and eliminating hurtful training and demeaning displays. Elephants shouldn't have a show and perform tricks. They should be given as close to their natural habitat and behaviors as is possible. What?-- Too expensive and impractical?-- Then don't use them.
