Terrible traffic and so many accidents at that intersection- we hear crashes there so frequent... look at police logs- this will cause congestion in already congested, high accident area!

I would love a car wash in Chester Heights but not at that intersection. My experience is exiting left or right on Valleybrook. Valleybrook is a a hill and I face challenges leaving Darlington Woods. The steady stream of cars will only intensify with Franklin Station. How about on the other side of RT 1, up a few blocks on right, up from Concord Pizza a bit.

This is a bad idea. Living near this intersection I witness the congestion on a daily basis and unfortunately accidents as well.

There are enough car washes around to use
We do not need another one especially at that busy intersection
There is too much traffic there already
There are already a lot of accidents and fender benders at that intersection
The car wash will add to that
It won’t be safe
It’s a very very bad idea

I have nothing against car washes. I do oppose a car wash on the proposed corner of Rt1 and Valley Brook Rd. Traffic will become more hazardous than it already is. Yes, accidents do happen at this intersection and I happen to have been hit by a driver running a red light.

Traffic, danger, noise, environment, excess light pollution, etc.....traded for.....___?___, ___?___, Give me a minute. I'm trying to to come up with one or two advantages for having a car wash on this corner.
