I have seen so many accidents on that intersection & at every corner of the intersection. People pull out & turn before light even turns green. Terrible traffic place & I’m against it!

Concerns:
(1) Traffic:
(a) Egress on Valleybrook Road. A left turn back up to Rt 1 will not work. A sign to prohibit will not be effective. (i.e the No U-Turn Sign on Walnut Hill Blvd that short cuts waiting for the left turn down Valleybrook).
(b) Egress onto Route 1 so close to the intersection also a challenge and all traffic will have to head South or skip over 2 lanes to LEFT turn and put a lot of traffic on Walnut Hill Blvd a road not designed to handle significant traffic like Rt 1. (i.e. Already has speedbumps)
2. Noise. This use will be noisy, probably why excluded from the allowed USE per the Code. Ashley's deck music travels pretty far by example.
3. Site Slope adds complications to all traffic movements: ingress, on site and egress.

This is an extremely dangerous intersection. The traffic in this area with all the development is a problem. Traffic during rush hour approaching that intersection backs up to the light by Wawa!

This proposed car wash would cause too many traffic and safety issues.

No way! There are already to many accidents and way to much traffic already! It will also DEGRADE this area as well! Do not build the car wash at that intersection!

This will increase an already hazardous intersection and cannot possibly handle the 300-700 cars daily they hope to accommodate. Their traffic studies did not even have local school and playground proximity on it. Let it be build in his neighborhood, not ours.

This heavy-traffic corner is already unsafe. Increased light, noise, safety are of great concern, which will be experienced by surrounding neighborhoods. Consider also surrounding property values.
There will be better options for this corner.

It will be a disaster for those of us who live here or try to drive in the already congested area!
