We shouldnt have to live in the cold and dark so hydro can overpay its executives and continual overstaffing rates.
Charge us for our usage as your rate reflects and run your company without ripping off citizens. Simple...honest ...Canadian.

These charges are unbelievable. The waste in Hydro One, the payment to Industrial Wind Turbines & Solar are
scams. The salaries for Hydro staff are beyond reasonable.
I agree we need assistance investigating Ontario Power Supplies from our Federal Government and lawyers who will prosecute those
scams in our power supply corporations & their staff making these decisions for personal wealth.
What legitimate company would pay 80 cents kWh for electricity and get a return of 10 - 12 and stay in business.

Only for a lack of managing our tax $, did the Liberals come up with this idea to rob from customers of Hydro One. With no Customer Service, even though there is a department under this name, customers receive no satisfaction but told to pay the bill, no discussion. When errors are obvious to an idiot, they are still trying to blame the customer for the usage declared on the bill. No delivery charge, where else does a hydro company have a delivery charge.

Hydro One are thieves which we cannot hardly afford anymore. We need a Federal Government to help us to regulate the cost of Hydro. This is rediculous and disgusting how Hydro One have gotten away with these criminal acts.

Delivery charge is 190 it is so stupid it will be different to the guy extra to you on the same line just cause I used more electricity I get charged more there needs to be a cap on this

My Hydro 1 rural delivery charge on average is 56% of my total bill. Approx double what I use. My Powerstream (local to Metro Toronto) delivery charge is only 25% of my bill and has not been escalating anywhere near my Hydro 1 charges for same. Something very wrong with the privatization of Ontario Hydro, I suspect delivery charges are high to compensate for aging infrastructure that was not previously properly dealt with, as well, heavy Hydro 1 costs associated with highly paid/benefitted employees (incl pensions) But, just my guess ! How do we get off the grid people!!!!

My delivery charges have recently risen from $10 to $20 to now $80 to over $100 within months. It is now double of my usage charge.

I receive a bill every month for delivery charge on a cabin that uses zero power during the winter months!
Basically a delivery charge for no delivery.
Explain that one!
