UPDATE 07/08/17

So far our noise is being heard, no dogs have been killed. We have released 12, but 52 remain in this awful place. We are taking food as often as donations allow and trying to ensure water is being put in daily. Sadly this did not happen in 48 degree heat yesterday, our three visits were met with locked gates and no-one there all day. We must continue to keep the pressure up, Thank you to all who are signing and sharing, we will take this petition in September to show the Mayor and hope we are doing enough to help these darling dogs.

These beautiful dogs have the misfortune of being captured by local dog catchers in a small town, Targu Neamt in Romania. They have been thrown into a government run public shelter and are being tortured to the point they are afraid to make any sound incase they are 'chosen' to be abused. They receive no food. There is an amazing lady in the town who is fighting to save these beautiful dogs, beside her work commitments, she rescues as many as she can, and re-home's them with help of some ladies across Europe. The only food they receive is the food she buys with donations from caring people who can not bear to see these angels suffer this way. To make matters worse, the local government has declared a fourteen day euthanasia plan, for all these poor dogs. We are trying to fight this, and agree to buy their food and try to re-home as many as possible. But WE NEED YOUR HELP! Signatures from across Europe, to make these government officials realise they are being watched and their actions are not acceptable! PLEASE SIGN AND SHARE THIS PETITION... we only have a few days to get this rolling.... Thank you so much for any help .. .. Let us save these innocent angels that have no-one but us to be their voice.
