It is unacceptable to fill BC Landfills with foreign garbage. The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority has failed the residents of Victoria (and BC)!

I guess Victoria needs to be paid big bucks from the cruise industry to pay off all these bike lanes built to be a green city??

We do not have the resources here to dispose of this. It seems ineffective to unload it here and then barge it to the mainland.

Canadians have a reputation of being so nice, they won't complain if we leave a little garbage on the doorstep!

we live on another island part of each year, and have had to stop recycling all but newpapers and glass bottles, because it became too expensive to ship plastics, etc to mainland for processing- will happen in Victoria, too- do NOT LET THIS HAPPEN

Every year we are getting more and more cruise ships coming to Victoria, and they are getting bigger and bigger. There is more traffic, more busses and even transport trucks driving down Dallas Rd. to the terminal. Now there is garbage, also! I guess the economy, is, more important than the environment, when it come to Victoria.

Careless with little regard. This must be stopped

The City of Victoria with clarity should understand the impact. After all the City prides on being green.

Why and How can this be allowed
