We are exhausted from this job. Please eliminate the CPL. Give us time at home with our families. Improve our mental health not add to it.

The college of ECE’s is a joke! All you do is make everything worse for those working in the field! The college is the one thing that makes me dread that I can back to the field.

The expectations for completing the CPL program is exhausting! I have small children and work full time and never have anytime to complete these goals! I complete professional development through my workplace and always document it, so having to do more for the CPL is redundant

honestly I pay this fee but never see what is being done for us as RECE. what does the college do for the members we already went to school for two years and complete work shops what is the purpose of the CPL. personally I do not think it is necessary

Every RECE knows that our field is underpaid and undervalued. Our job is very fast paced and stressful. It is unrealistic to expect educators to do homework in their spare time and pay an annual fee just to be able to do our job.

Early Childhood Educators do not need to prepare CPL. It will be pretty stressful to do it for us.

1 goal per year should be more than enough that means 2 per cycle . The current cpl cycle is more like attending an online ece course all over again while holding an eight hour job not fair to a working mother too much stress

This CPL is a complete waste of time!! My ‘free time’ should NOT be spent on this. Typically it’s used for ME as I’m a mother of three and NEED ME time. NOT CPL time.

The CPL requirements are unnecessary and redundant. Training is part of our job without threat of audit. Fees are going up. Last year I didn't receive a tax receipt or confirmation of payment... just an email saying ot was received. What are we paying for besides threats to our jobs?
