Five Star record of violations at other facilities proves that they can not be trusted. Please do not approve their application. They are not reliable at doing what is necessary to protect the environment and waterways.

The midst of a growing residential area is no place for a concrete plant.

A concrete plant so close to Sun City is a horrible idea.

The contaminated water would be an environmental disaster for Berry Creek & the surrounding area.

A concrete plant near a residential area sounds dangerous and unhealthy.

My greatest concern is pollution, both air and groundwater. The TCEQ has a poor enforcement history on anti-pollution laws/requirements.

DENY a storm water permit that Five Star Concrete wants to be able to discharge stormwater into Berry Creek! Quality of life of Georgetown will be greatly (negatively) impacted, resulting in increase in truck traffic, increased emissions of air pollutants and concrete dust, increased noise, reduction in home property values, degradation of road conditions, etc etc. Five Star has had repeated violations at their other plants. Stop the madness!!

Air pollution in our Seniors community is hardly why we are here. Pulte should be active against this if he cares about Sun City residents!
