Georgetown is surrounded by open pit mining for dirt and rocks, concrete plants, and industrial waste sites. We don't need one more.

This plant should be far away and not near residents at all. Relocate it in a remote area. We shoukd not have to face off with tiny particles in our air OR WATER.
