Stop the concrete batch plant

I am against the building of the cement plant near Sun City because of the pollution and noise.

I'm opposed to this plant because of the threat to Berry Creek, Sun City and the people living near by proposed plant location on Ronalc Reagan BLVD.

Approving a concrete processing plant close to and up-wind of residential property and discharging waste to a sensitive natural areas is not good land planning.

Put the plant away from pristine nature and quality retirement living - Texas is large enough to find a proper spot

There are lots of locations further away from large developments like Sun City.

Berry Creek is an important natural asset for thousands of Georgetown residents young and old. We must protect it from human degradation.

Stop the concrete plant. This will be a quality of life impact for all who live close to Ronald Reagan and I95.

Grave Environmental consequences if this goes forward, in addition to being extremely close to a residential area of senior citizens who may be compromised in many ways including healthy lungs and breathing.

Although the TCEQ has approved the application, I am concerned with the maintenance & inspection of the dust collectors. Which government entity will insure that the dust collectors are operating properly? The increase in traffic, vehicular pollution, noise, etc. is also a concern. The Strom Water Management plan must conform to all government regulations

I want clean air.

Our community will be safer, cleaner and overall more prosperous without the cement plant in our backyard.

Please consider the points of this petition and act in the best interest of our environment and our residents.

Due to this company having multiple violations, why would you give them a permit to discharge stormwater. First, I feel they do jot have the community best interest in keeping contaminates out of the air and water. Please deny Five Star Concrete Inc permit. Thank you.

This plant endangers the clean water of Georgetown and should not be allowed.

Not needed! It's harder and harder with all the growth to find a green place in Williamson County. Berry Springs is a gem and needs protecting!

To close to houses for the dust, noise pollution and trucking required for this type of operation.

I know they will have their own well , but it still affects our water below the surface
