Stop the concrete batch plant

We don't need another concrete plant. They're gonna kill people!

For many health reasons that will affect the senior community, please deny this permit

This plant WILL affect the health of thousands of Senior Citizens.

It's a must to deny Five Star Concrete Inc. to discharge stormwater into Berry Creek! We must protect our environment !

I strongly urge the the Planning and Zoning Commission to reject the storm water permit request due to the adverse effects on Berry Creek and surrounding areas.

Please deny the storm water permit. This would put Berry Creek at risk from dangerous chemicals from run-off.

Sometimes the environment should win.

I questioned their "compliance officer" at the meeting at Mulligan's, about the violations at their 2 other Texas plants. I asked about the violations that are clearly stated on the EPA's database. He stated that they hadn't had any violations with their outfalls in the 4 years he's been the compliance officer. I urge the Commission to deny this permit to protect Berry Creek and the health and safety of the thousands of residents living nearby.

I'm not in favor of the proposed location. There are sites available that are not near residential communities
