Please stop the plans for the concrete plant near Sun City Texas. Many people living in this area have a variety of medical conditions and would be negatively impacted by breathing more cement dust.

The number of trucks on Ronald Reagan is already insane and deadly. Please don’t make our roads, our air, AND our water deadly as well.

Stop the madness! A company that had business violations in early 2021 should not be given a second chance with a new business venture a few months later. Wake up elected officials!

I am against this concrete plant. It will adversely impact the air quality and the quality and desirability of all the homes in the Sun City and surrounding neighborhoods.

Obviously there is little impact from the state or counties with their continued violations at other plants so I think this new plant will be no different.
The discharge into the creek is totally unacceptable.
When owner refused to answer questions regarding prior violations it is pretty clear that his past will be the future here as well.

A concrete batch plant does not belong within a few miles of any community of people, whether senior Sun City residents or not.
