If they cannot or refuse to comply with environmental standards at current locations why should they be allowed to expand into new areas? The cost of cleaning up their mess which could be permanent, would fall on local residents. Is there no accountability? Is there no one charged with protecting the environment?

There are much better locations for a concrete plant. They should choose a location not impacting a residential retirement community!!!

In addition to the Air pollution this will bring, I am very concerned about the location in regards to traffic. This area has a great number of large Trucks speeding and it’s just a matter of time before fatalities occur. There have been many accidents and fatalities on Highway 195. This is just too close to a very congested area. We need to keep this area safe!

Please, don’t allow this!! So many residents here have respiratory issues and the ground water repercussions are too great. Please, don’t allow this business endeavor to go forward. Thank you for listening.
