It's highly ironic that at a time of pandemic, any action should be taken to close a chemist's shop of all things. Please reconsider this very ill-advised and unfortunate decision.

This pharmacy is a life-line for so many people in Rhiwbina. Please don't close it - we lost the Post Office many years ago. We can't afford to loose the pharmacy, too!

Without this pharmacy in Rhiwbina it will cause so many people to have to drive to get their prescriptions at the next, nearest Lloyd’s pharmacy (causing more unnecessary journeys , traffic and pollution) when currently we can walk to the local pharmacy.

We collect our scrips from Rhiwbina Lloyds as it is an easy walk from our home and car parking hazardous

While I wouldn't say it's the "heart" of the village exactly, it is a prime location for Rhiwbina residents. Many customers have access issues and will have trouble getting to pharmacies further away. If the branch is to close, I hope a suitable location nearby is found to replace it? In any case, Rhiwbina residents should be given a clear, specific, and logical reason for the closure - rather than just a vague corporate message that it was "not profitable". If that genuinely is the reason, I highly doubt the branch's favourable location is the cause. Lloyds should address those issues, rather than taking the easy route and closing permanently.
