A Cargo airport in Peotone will not be good for Will County Residents nor will it benefit surrounding communities! Our State and County infrastructure CANNOT properly accommodate the current truck and car traffic we have due to an over abundance of industrial/intermodal land uses being approved in the County, let alone the additional traffic this cargo airport will bring to our regions highways and local roads. Residents in the Will County Area are already struggling with dangerous and crumbling highways, county and local roads. Lost trucks and trucks taking short cuts daily are destroying our local roads daily. Please say NO to a cargo airport in Will County until the roads and infrastructure can handle such a project. Right now, our roads cannot handle EXISTING traffic. Unfortunately, the State of IL has been struggling financially for many years and will no be able to fund the proper infrastructure needed. IL Tax payers cannot afford to fork the bill for all of these trucks destroying our roads. Please please say NO to a cargo airport in Peotone, IL. Please listen to the residents whom know their area best and say NO to a cargo airport in Will Co!

I strongly recommend not going foward with this airport it is by far too much as it is for the state of Illinois and for the folks who live around it
