This card will only create an underground bartering network amongst people who are at the moment being responsible and lawfully managing their finances. This card labels all recipients incompetent and unable to make healthy choices. It is demoralising and dehumanisng.

we do not need this card . because not all of us are druggies or gamblers or alcoholics a lot of us pay our bills on time and try to live on what we get . we spend all our money on what is needed in order to look after our kids and some even have elderly parents that need help to and there are people with other issues as well that will not be able to cope with this cdc it will not solve the problems that it is said to solve , not all disability people abuse there payments on drugs or alcohol or gamble i would suggest that the govt.look at other ways to find those that do the wrong thing and put them on this card to help them and leave every one else alone it dose not work at all really as by your own reports so why continue with it please have some compassion for those that are doing the write thing
