This proposal should be rejected without further consideration given the obvious problems with the location, surrounding infrastructure, and impact on our community. Ten year lease too long. It does not give the residents any timely readdress when the inevitable adverse consequences of this proposal are realized.

Let Cheltenham- with all the ridiculous taxes it collects from residents create their own bus depot in....CHELTENHAM!
