I do not want to have a lot of buses travelling through my Oreland town. I don't mind it if they enter the parking area via Pennsylvania Avenue only.

This is a poor use of land and a bad idea for traffic in the area.

This facility will add no value to our community. It will only increase traffic in a residential neighborhood and potentially cause the release of contaminants from a Superfund site laden with residual solvents, metals, PCBs and aromatics. Will that dust be good for the kids riding those buses?

A bus depot, either non-Springfield OR Springfied Township, with 427 vehicles without a proposed route running at any time of day or night does NOT contributed to a quieter, safer or family friendly community. Vote NO to this request.

In addition to the concerns voiced by others, I am concerned about the wear and tear on our roads. I do not need my taxes going up because we need to repair/resurface our streets more often. I pull out of my driveway (on Oreland Mill) every morning to speeding traffic. These cars are people that live in our community. I cannot imagine how fast the employees will travel as they go to and from their job.

We don't have the infrastructure to support this amount of traffic. We need to raise money and hire lawyers to stop this.

Please don't ruin our community. He has the right to have a business, but we have the right to continue our way of quiet life. We've been here "forever"; there is a large lot in Fort Washington he can use - totally industrial!
