We need strict laws and consequences for bullying and the rights of children and parents when this is happening. These kids have no rights for help when they are getting bullied in school or outside of school and this is not right for these kids. The police cannot do anything, so they have no jurisdiction or their ages of 12,13,14 are not old enough to press charges or do anything, even though they are committing crimes of that of an adult. These children need help and they need help NOW. We cannot let this keep happening to our children that are getting bullied. The school never does anything, they say that there is nothing they can do and there are no consequences for the children that are committing these crimes of adults. And the parents of the children that are committing these crimes are just as bad as the children. This all starts at home and these parents are not help accountable for their children's actions either. Something needs to be done, YESTERDAY. These children need our help, they are going through enough and they should not have to deal with this. These children need rights that are getting bullied and they need to be able to have a voice. They are going to have to have these scars forever.
