there are too many kids and good families in our neighborhood. Keep the druggies/criminals/homeless out of here! It will kill our homes values. If you stupid government people want to build one, do it in YOUR neighborhood!

These are residential communities. Put your shelters neat industry or renters (apartment buildings). This is going to drive down property values.

As much as I want homeless people havjng a place to live in, it is logical that they be in a place where they are needed. This isn't the city where there are a lot of work opportunities. Our youth's safety and Maspeth's beauty should be retained.

These shelters are in our backyard, away from public transportation, only a few blocks from grammar schools. This will lead to dangerous situations, more crime and no one securing the neighborhood.

This proposed shelter has a horrible location, is lacking kitchens and has almost zero transportation options. This is not only illegal but inhumane. It is a terrible spot and will only impact this and neighboring communities. Shame on the mayor and shame on the politicians who have sat by and let him ruin our city.
